These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Mozel Tov Holdings LLC, doing business as Build A Second Paycheck (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, registering for our masterclass, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Educational purpose and no guarantees

Our masterclass, content, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We make no guarantee of income or specific results. Individual results will vary and depend on many factors, including your own effort, skills, and circumstances.

2. Use of the website

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws

3. SMS / text messaging program

Business identity and message types. The SMS program is operated by Mozel Tov Holdings LLC DBA Build A Second Paycheck. When you opt in, you may receive recurring automated text messages such as masterclass reminders, session join links, and account updates, and — if you select the marketing option — special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out and support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that messages you, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, with frequency varying based on your registration activity and our masterclass schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Registration and communications

When you register for our masterclass or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate information. By registering, you consent to receive communications from us related to the program, including email and, if you opt in, text messages as described above.
